Happy Halloween eve-eve....eve! my lovelies! I hope your busy planning your halloween celebrations this coming weekend? I love to throw a fancy dress party when I can so tomorrow is no exception. Its just I have tons to do for it and my workload is growing.... O well, one should always find time to party hey! x
Anywho, I wore this yesterday for a day in the office and a quick change for my ballet class that night. It consists of a turquoise poloneck from H&M, teamed with some primark shorts, over navy leggings and this much loved check jacket, which I think is very Vivienne Westwood stylee but is actually from Primark and I paid £3 for it on a car boot sale. I wore my comfy horse riding style boots to finish it off and added a vintage red belt to add a touch of colour and match my rouge lippy! Now, I'm off to decorate my flat in a bewitching, hallow way!.... Have a lovely evening peeps!

I popped it on over this vintage striped poloneck top and some grey marl leggings from Primark! I accessorised with a mash of colour using a black and silver diamte belt, my Morgan watch and my new BIBA gold bangle, which was £130 from House of Fraser! Amazing is'nt it! Very Egyptian style! I wore a black sequin ring which was £5 from the Manchester Fashion Network Sample sale and my comfy suede, brown boots to top it all off...

THE MOODY BLUES!

Well, don't I look a moody mare again which sums up my mood on a Monday morning! :( Theres something about getting up early to walk to work in the cold and not having milk in to make a nice hot cuppa to really put a downer on the week ahead!
Anywho, I had a lovely weekend and hope you did also! I had a lovely cultured one, which included a trip to the Gallery and some lovely coffee trips and meals out- last nights of which was in Livebait, just off Alberts Square.
So, yesterday I popped on this checked blue skirt from Primark- which was just £2 in the sale with this lovely Pretty Disturbia slash long sleeve top- £27.99, with a vintage blue knitted top from a car boot sale, and a pink vintage 80s belt- from a charity shop for £1. I wore some black boots, without tights and braved the cold Manchester winds. I'm wondering if thats why I look so moody and blue, maybe...

KOOKY VINTAGE CHECKS, VELVET AND A BERET!

Happy Weekend eve all! I'm very glad indeed this week is finally coming to an end as its meant working long hours on the Pretty Disturbia website, updating all the product shots in time for our new Press launch! Exciting times indeed!!
Anywho, I know I look a bit kooky in this, but I was dressing up for a weekend themed around wearing checks! I based the outfit around this A-mazing 80's jacket which I bought for £6 in a charity shop- it is as you guessed original vintage- I mean they just don't make them like this anymore- Navy, turquoise, blue and purple! Underneath I wore a velvet vintage rara dress and donned a matching Beret, which was £1 on a car boot sale. I had navy leggings on for warmth and some navy boots to match. A viola. No wonder I got looked at so weirdly walking around Manchester....

50S LADYLIKE WITH A HINT OF MILITARY!

Just looking at this photo makes me feel cold, as I shiver at my desk with 3 layers on! However, the other day when I wore this- it was actually warm! I think that was the last of the nice weather for this year anyway!
So, The outfit consists of a classic black dress I got for £1 off a car boot sale, which is even netted underneath- 50's style, and over the top of it I popped on this lovely candy striped shirt, which was actually from Primark but I got it for 50p on a car boot sale! My stunning black patent heels were also just £2 and are designer, french vintage with bows on! Love them!

CLASHING HOT PINK AND ROYAL BLUE BRIGHTNESS!

I hope you all had a mucho fabulous weekend? I'm exhausted today after a fun filled 3 days in the Cotswolds. It really is a stunning place, and great for picking up Antiques and vintage hats and coats, of which I seemed to pick up a few of!
Anywho, this bright, clashing outfit is what I wore on Thursday last week, to express how excited I was for the weekend ahead! The polo neck is from New Look and the snood matches nearly exactly and is an original 80s vintage piece! I wore black leggings and high shine black leggings from Topshop, teamed with this lovely body con drips dress- designed by myself for Pretty Disturbia- selling for £43.99! We also sell them in black and they're both perfect for Halloween!.... or a Thursday, in order to celebrate the weekend!

BRIGHT BLUE VERSACE & 80S RARA-ING!

This bright and punky outfit was a tad on the adventurous side for a leisurely Saturday around the shops, but nevermind hey, its always nice to be different! The outfit consists of this stunning vintage black rara dress, which can be worn as a long fishtail skirt or a dress- so versatile, and I paid only £2 for it! Anywho, I popped it over this sheer versace top, which was £18 in Elite dress agency in Manchester. I accessorised with this funky blue belt to match and some 80's style blue eyeshadow. Topping it all off with these A-Mazing vintage patent stilletos, which are from Paris! Considering I love this outfit and its bright and fun, I look tres miserable- again! doh. Leesa, you must remember to smile....

VINTAGE STRIPES, CHUNKY BELTS & A NECK TIE!

I don't know about you but I'm exhausted today- and I had Yesterday off work! Although I was up at 6am, off to Alton Towers, got stuck on a cable car and then had a meal out and drinking until 2am! and thats just Yesterday...... Lordy indeed!
Anywho, I wore this lovely vintage striped dress the other day which was from ebay for just £8. Its a tad on the long side so I hitched it up with this chunky black patent leather belt. I popped on my beige boots and accessorised only with a big chunky sequin ring which was £5 from the Manchester Fashion Network Sample Sale. I love the neck bow on this dress as its attached so I don't lose it in the wash- I have a tendancy to do that! Accessories that are attached- I love the idea.

FRENCHIE STRIPES WITH RED & NAVY!

Happy Friday! I hope you've had a good week and are looking forward to a 2 day break- like moi! I'm having a James Bond themed party tomorrow night and on Monday I'm off to Alton towers for the day, so I've had so much to do this week, as well as a busy workload and house moving stuff ...still!
Anywho, Its friday and I have a relaxed night planned with friends staying over for a big Dexter Fest!
So, I wore this ensemble this week, which looks a tad French, with the stripes and neck bow! The polo neck dress is from H&M but I bought it for £2 second hand and the neck tie is vintage. I teamed it with some navy leggings and a matching vintage belt, with black boots- as I could' t find my navy vintage ones. Damn. I hate that. I don't mind weird colour combos but in my opinion, navy and black don't really work- unless teamed with purple for an all over bruise look.! Anyway on that note- have a tip top weekend folks! x

PRETTY DISTURBIA DIP DYE MINI DRESS & KNEE SOCKS!

I hope you all had a fine and dandy weekend! I had such a lovely restful one- except for getting addicted to season 1 of Dexter, which I nearly watch all of in one day!... Its mighty good, if you've not yet seen it!
Anywho, I wore this on Friday for relaxed day in the office. It consists of some grey marl leggings and my black cut out shoulder top, which I've had since I was about 12! I popped on over it this Pretty Disturbia dip dye stripe mini dress- £32.99, with some silver knee socks and comfy black wedge boots. I accessorised simply with my silver bangle, a black sequin ring ( £5 from the MFN sample sale) ad a studded, black leather belt- 50p on a car boot sale, with a touch of rouge on my lips and nails- so it was'nt all drab grey and black like the weather in Manchester that day!....doh.
